**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Inspector to join our team. As a Roofing Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough evaluations of commercial roofing systems, identifying problems and challenges, and providing accurate and prompt communication with customers and sales teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Conduct thorough evaluations of commercial roofing systems to identify problems and challenges
• Provide accurate and prompt communication with customers and sales teams
• Complete all reports and records in a timely manner
• Collaborate with sales teams, estimating, production, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assume other duties and projects as assigned

**Requirements**

• Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing experience and knowledge of commercial roofing systems
• Two years of roof inspecting experience
• Valid driver's license
• Degree in construction management or work experience equivalent
• Ability to travel throughout the US (approximately 60% of time)
• Ability to train other employees on the evaluation process
