Health Center Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Center Manager to lead our team at Planned Parenthood. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and clinical performance of our health center, ensuring that we provide high-quality patient care and services.

• Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the health center, including staffing, scheduling, and budget management.
• Clinical Supervision: Directly supervise staff, including clinicians, and ensure that they are trained to provide excellent patient care and services.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve the quality of patient care and services, ensuring that we meet or exceed national standards.
• Customer Service: Foster a culture of excellent customer service, ensuring that patients receive timely and respectful care.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and engaged.

• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant on-site management experience in a healthcare environment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
• Skills: Excellent organizational, supervisory, and healthcare finance management skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse staff and volunteers.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in clinic management software, electronic communications, and management information systems.
