Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Chief Physician in administrative management of the clinic
  • Organize and accompany parallel consultations
  • Responsible for scheduling surgical appointments
  • Central point of contact for patients and staff
  • Handle various organizational tasks and prepare correspondence from dictation
  • Coordinate appointments, conferences, and events
Requirements:
  • Vocational training as a medical assistant or business administrator in the healthcare sector
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office programs and modern media
  • Familiarity with writing from dictation
  • Good knowledge of medical terminology and communication skills
  • Flexibility in work schedule planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
