  • Oversees line teams in the installation of poles and conductors on both energized and de-energized lines.
  • Provides weekly reports and documentation to the Construction office.
  • Communicates material requirements to the general foreman promptly.
  • Interprets and inspects construction plans and specifications to ensure compliance.
  • Ensures regular maintenance of equipment is performed.
  • Executes managerial and supervisory responsibilities effectively.
  • Prepares and submits employment documentation to the construction office.
Minimum Qualifications
  • This role is classified as safety-sensitive in accordance with Arkansas Medical Marijuana Act 593 and AECC/AECI standards.
  • Employment is contingent upon passing a post-offer Fitness for Duty exam, pre-employment drug screening, and DOT physical.
  • High School Diploma or GED, complemented by specialized training and 7 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel up to 100% of the work week.
  • Consistent attendance and the ability to work outside regular hours as needed are essential for this position.
  • During storm recovery periods, be prepared for out-of-state assignments across the United States.
  • Must be equipped with and ready to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times, adhering to AECI safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in CPR and first aid.
