About Us: Bloomsday Cafe is a renowned wine bar and retail establishment led by Chef Kelsey Bush, situated in a historic area. Our kitchen team is dedicated to crafting a variety of items from scratch, including pasta, pastries, and fermented products sourced primarily from local farmers.

Role Overview: Our pastry division is responsible for creating exquisite pastries for our cafe, as well as for our affiliated restaurants and select small-batch wholesale clients. All pastries and plated desserts are meticulously prepared in-house.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for individuals with experience in handling laminated dough or those who possess a background in pastry making and a keen interest in mastering the art of viennoiserie.

Work Schedule: This position involves early morning shifts, with start times as early as 4 AM.
