- Financial Management
- Manage restaurant financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
- Monitor and control restaurant expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead a team of customer-facing staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
