Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations
    • Develop and implement effective restaurant operations strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Lead a high-performing restaurant team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional performance.
    • Monitor and analyze restaurant performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage restaurant financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
    • Monitor and control restaurant expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service
    • Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Lead a team of customer-facing staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
    • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Team Development
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of restaurant staff.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
    • Identify and develop future leaders within the organization, providing opportunities for growth and development.

  • Proven experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a leadership role.
