Job Title: Cardiac Sonography Lab Supervisor

Join Presbyterian Healthcare Services as a Cardiac Sonography Lab Supervisor and play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality patient care services in our Non-Invasive Cardiovascular (NICV) areas.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Sonography Lab Supervisor to assist with the organization, direction, management, and evaluation of patient care services in our NICV areas, including Echo/Stress Lab, Interventional Echo, Vascular Lab, Cardiac Nuclear Imaging, and EKG Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of operations that support excellence in cardiovascular diagnostic services.
  • Work closely with the Medical Director(s) of the Noninvasive Cardiovascular Lab, Director of Cardiovascular Services, and other physicians, managers, and staff within the Heart and Vascular Service Line.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
  • ARDMS/RDCS credential with one of the following specialties: AE, FE, PE, or one CCI credential: RCS, RCCS.
  • Knowledge of state, federal regulations, Joint Commission, infection control, and IAC standards.
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis and continuous quality improvement (CQI) methods and tools.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
