Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and repair services for intricate biomedical equipment issues.
  • Offer guidance and support to Biomedical Technician I team members on complex technical challenges.
  • Conduct thorough planned maintenance, safety inspections, and environmental assessments to ensure optimal equipment performance and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers by providing clear communication, timely resolutions, and proactive follow-up.
  • Lead and mentor technicians in both basic and advanced repair techniques, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Meticulously document all repair actions and submit comprehensive reports according to established schedules.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for spare parts, tools, and test equipment, ensuring proper calibration and availability.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry standards, codes, and procedures through ongoing professional development and training.
  • Adhere to all Health and Human Services, Environment Health and Safety requirements, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.
