Northwestern Illinois Association is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Analyst to join our team. As a regional governmental agency, we provide special education support to 68 school districts across Northwestern Illinois.
This is a unique opportunity to work with diverse student populations, providing positive strategies for managing and improving challenging behaviors. As a Behavioral Analyst, you will work closely with educational teams to develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and strategies that support student progress.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide behavior analysis services and interventions to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to develop and implement BIPs and strategies that support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of services, data collection, and progress related to behavior interventions.
- Participate in IEP meetings to provide expertise in behavior analysis, behavior management, and functional behavior assessments (FBA).
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavior analysis, special education, and related fields.
