Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging and effective fitness programs that cater to diverse needs and abilities.
- Provide expert instruction and guidance to participants, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
- Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of participant progress and program evaluations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new program initiatives and services.
- Minimum 16 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- First Aid certification within 90 days of employment.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR/AED: Expert.
- Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
