Job Title: Group Fitness Instructor

At 49ers Fit, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Fitness Instructor to join our team. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading fun, safe, and effective group classes for clients of all fitness levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and lead group classes based on class descriptions
  • Represent the club in a positive manner and greet clients as they enter and leave class
  • Meet department goals and contribute to the overall success of the club
  • Arrive 5 minutes early for all classes to prepare the room and greet clients
  • Maintain current and correct certifications for formats and CPR
  • Begin and end classes on time and keep studios orderly
Requirements:
  • A passion for health and wellness and the ability to influence people in overcoming their obstacles to exercising
  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer service role and providing top-notch customer service
  • Computer-savvy and proficient in using programs such as Word and Excel
  • A team player who approaches challenges in a creative and positive manner
