Job Summary

A Housekeeper at Aimbridge Hospitality is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel. This role involves daily servicing of guest rooms, stocking carts with supplies, and replenishing room amenities while following company standards and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in high-pressure situations. In addition to cleaning and restocking guest rooms, this role may also involve conducting deep cleaning activities within the guest room.

Responsibilities:

  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain regular attendance and comply with Aimbridge Hospitality's scheduling requirements.
  • Adhere to company standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
