We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated caregivers to join our team in Northern Summit County. This position is ideal for individuals looking for flexible, part-time, or PRN (as-needed) opportunities. As a caregiver, you will provide support to individuals in need, assisting with daily activities, personal care, and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding, following dietary guidelines
• Provide medication reminders and assistance, as needed
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the supervisor or family members
• Encourage and support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but NOT required)
• Previous caregiving experience required
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (can be obtained before hiring)
• Ability to lift and assist with mobility as needed
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient
• Ability to pass a background check
• Transportation required; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
