Disaster Response Project Manager

**Job Overview**
National Flood and Fire Network is a leading provider of disaster response and property damage restoration services. We are currently seeking an experienced Disaster Response Project Manager to join our team.
**About the Role**
We are offering a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage disaster response projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct thorough damage assessments and create detailed scopes of work to estimate repair costs.
- Liaise with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams to provide regular updates on project status.
- Monitor project budgets and track expenses to optimize resource allocation.
- Evaluate work quality and ensure it meets industry standards and client expectations.
**Requirements**
- Experience in insurance restoration or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Certifications in Xactimate, Dash, or similar software are preferred but not required.
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and driver's license check.
