Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Disaster Recovery Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Manage restoration projects, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Assessment and Scoping: Conduct thorough damage assessments, create detailed scopes of work, and estimate repair costs.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including photos, reports, and invoices.
  • Compliance: Adhere to local regulations, building codes, and safety guidelines.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Insurance restoration or related field preferred, but not required.
  • Certifications: Familiarity with Xactimate, Dash, or similar preferred, but not required.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Customer Service: Client-focused with a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Salary:$75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
