Role Overview:

  • This position involves collaborating with various departments to investigate inventory discrepancies both in SAP and through physical checks to resolve variances. You will also be responsible for executing bin-to-bin transfers in SAP, ensuring inventory accuracy across multiple sectors, and addressing SAP-related challenges.
  • You will be tasked with generating inventory counts for the Operations Team and providing guidance and training to the Operations Management team to enhance Inventory Accuracy.
  • The Inventory Control Specialist will engage with employees at all levels, management, and both internal and external clients, facilitating the exchange of inventory-related information and delivering immediate feedback to customers.
  • Additionally, you will need to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities concurrently, set personal objectives, and adhere to deadlines while remaining adaptable to reassess and modify priorities as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 2 years of experience working with SAP
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or distribution environments

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Experience with SAP
  • Capability to operate Reach and Order Picker equipment
