Job Summary:

This role is part of our supply chain team, responsible for ensuring complete inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, analytical abilities, and communication skills, including:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Cycle Count Program.
  • Determine the root cause of inventory discrepancies and develop temporary and permanent countermeasures using cross-functional input and resources.
  • Value-stream map the receiving, put-away, and retrieval inventory process.
  • Participate in developing a new inventory location strategy for the plant.
  • Create SOPs for new or improved inventory processes.
  • Train other employees on new processes.
  • Reconcile inventory levels in the ERP system.
  • Maintain key metrics and report out on established intervals.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Inventory Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software, databases, and systems to accurately track and manage inventory.
  • Excellent attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of inventory records, identifying discrepancies, and correcting errors promptly.
  • Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP).
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Outstanding communication abilities.
  • Reliable and trustworthy.
