Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead a team of histotechnicians in a fast-paced laboratory environment
- Ensure high-quality histology samples and slides are produced in a timely manner
- Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to improve productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to resolve technical issues and improve overall laboratory performance
- ASCP certification preferred
- Strong background in histology, including microtomy, H&E staining, and sample capture
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
