Position Overview: This role involves delivering direct nursing services to our residents while overseeing the support provided by our Quality of Life Specialists and Resident Assistants. We offer both full-time and part-time day shifts to accommodate your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and promote their independence through family and social activities.
  • Identify and monitor changes in residents' medical and behavioral conditions, developing and reassessing care plans as necessary.
  • Provide daily updates to the Director of Health Services regarding community conditions, personnel performance, and resident needs.
  • Administer nursing care in accordance with physician directives and established nursing practices, standards, and policies.
  • Facilitate preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services for residents, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.

Availability: We require staff to be available for emergencies within the community. Our team is dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents, employees, and guests alike.

Work Schedule:

  • Every other weekend
  • Full & Part Time options available
  • Day & Night shifts needed

Qualifications:

  • Ability to reliably commute or relocate as needed.
