Senior Care Nursing Opportunity

Clarendale of Mokena is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a nursing care specialist, you will provide direct care to residents and work collaboratively with our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants to ensure the highest level of care and service.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities, and promote independent lifestyles.
  • Identify and address resident medical and behavioral changes, developing and monitoring care plans.
  • Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services on community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
  • Deliver nursing care according to physician's orders and established standards.
  • Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines to ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services.

Requirements:
  • BLS Certification (Required)
  • RN or LPN (Required)
  • Availability for emergencies and willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
