About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Lab Specialist to join our team at Messina Talent Advisors in Fayetteville, AR. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company that specializes in novel biomarker diagnostics for at-home cancer screening.


Job Summary

The Clinical Lab Specialist will be responsible for analyzing clinical laboratory specimens following standard methods and procedures. The successful candidate will have experience in high complexity testing laboratories and be proficient in ELISA and pipetting techniques.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
  • Perform routine testing on clinical samples and report results to providers in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance tasks.
  • Process incoming samples and prepare them for testing.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve laboratory operations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science or related field.
  • At least two years of experience in high complexity testing laboratories.
  • Prior experience with ELISA and pipetting techniques.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in CLIA certified clinical laboratories.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
