Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented phlebotomist to join our team at Carolina Medical Lab. As a mobile phlebotomy specialist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from nursing home patients in Fayetteville, NC.

The ideal candidate will have previous phlebotomy experience (at least 1 year) and be able to build rapport with patients, nurses, and physicians. Familiarity with medical software and equipment is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood samples from COVID-positive geriatric patients
  • Monitor storage and inventory of supplies in the facility and at home
  • Maintain a clean and healthy work environment
  • Adhere to laboratory safety policies and procedures
  • Properly identify patients by asking their full name and DOB before drawing

Salary Estimate:$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
