We're a locally owned and operated restaurant and bar in Shawnee Mission, KS, offering a wide selection of entertainment choices for the whole family or for a night out on the town. Our team is the secret to our success, and we're looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

Job Summary

We're seeking a full-time Line Cook to work Monday through Friday evenings. As a Line Cook, you'll be responsible for manning the grill, broiler, and deep fryer, preparing delicious dishes to order, and ensuring consistent quality. You'll work well with the other members of the kitchen team, communicating proactively and helping out as necessary to keep our restaurant running smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to order, using a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all relevant food safety practices.
  • Work efficiently to ensure that food is served hot and fresh to our customers.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of professional kitchen experience on a grill or broiler.
  • Ability to adhere to all relevant food safety practices.
