We are in search of enthusiastic and distinctive Psychologists (PsyD, PhD) and Therapists (LCPC and LMSW-C) to join our team. Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- A master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution, with progress towards licensure in the relevant field.
- Full licensure is required.
- Experience in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
- Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients.
- Timely completion and submission of service documentation and other required paperwork.
- Comfortable working with a diverse clientele.
- Fully licensed clinicians should ideally be credentialed with insurance providers.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Fully licensed mental health professionals with a valid Maryland license are preferred.
- Experienced professionals focused on providing care to children, adolescents, and teenagers.
- Credentialing with insurance panels is preferred for fully licensed clinicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain ongoing documentation, including diagnoses, treatment plan updates, and case notes in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 25-27 client visits weekly (part-time positions are also available).
- Deliver exceptional client service and collaborate with a dynamic team to advance our mission of addressing community mental health needs.
- Employ creative interventions to assist clients in achieving and surpassing their goals.
- Prepare and submit individual session documentation.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other relevant staff as necessary.
- Participate in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
- Collect copayments and deductibles as required.
- A sense of humor is beneficial in this role.
