About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Administrator for Adults with Serious Mental Illness to join our team at The Jewish Board. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our adult residential programs, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality care and support.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative oversight of the program, including managing schedules and timesheets
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Providing ongoing support to staff, including training and professional development opportunities
