**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a full-time LPN to work in our Outpatient MAT Program. The successful candidate will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and perform various clinical duties.
**Responsibilities:**
* Administer methadone and buprenorphine to patients
* Provide direct nursing care to patients
* Chart patient progress and maintain accurate records
* Perform EKGs and blood draws
* Room patients and collect urine samples
* Follow up with patients as needed
* Assist with back office clerical duties
**Requirements:**
* Graduate of a certified LPN program
* Current Ohio LPN license
* Current CPR certification
