LPN Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at Carespring Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Care in Harrison, OH.
$29.00 to $34 Per Hour - (based on LPN licensure and experience), plus shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts, make this an attractive opportunity for dedicated professionals.
About the Role:
- Provide direct patient care as an LPN
- Lead nursing assistants and oversee daily activities
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to staff
- Attend required training sessions and educational events
Requirements:
- Current Ohio LPN certification
- Strong documentation skills; experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is beneficial
- Instructor-Led CPR Certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proven work history as an LPN with excellent attendance and punctuality
- A positive attitude and passion for working with seniors
