About the Job

As a post-acute nursing professional at IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in various facilities in the area, providing compassionate care to residents. Your responsibilities will include monitoring their physical and mental conditions, tracking vital signs, administering medications, and maintaining medical records.

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
  • Monitor residents' physical and mental conditions and track vital signs
  • Document medical histories and health concerns
  • Administer and verify medications, track usage and effects
  • Cultivate a safe and comfortable environment for residents

We require a current Ohio state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), completion of an approved LPN educational program, and a minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN or related role). Additionally, you must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and have excellent communication skills.
