We are in search of a proficient Senior HR Generalist for our client operating within the Manufacturing sector. The Senior HR Generalist will oversee a comprehensive array of human resources functions, including training, recruitment, and HR management systems. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and employee development.

This position is permanent and primarily onsite. A limited work-from-home option is available after the initial training period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle for roles spanning from professional to manufacturing positions. This encompasses sourcing, evaluating, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure alignment with job specifications.
  • Identify and execute process enhancements to improve internal customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage data from diverse sources to recommend and implement suitable corrective actions for employees and leadership.
  • Collaborate proactively with management to cultivate and enhance engagement, on-the-job training, onboarding, and various HR initiatives.
  • Work alongside HR leadership and other executives to provide strategic support for critical projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with specialization in areas such as recruitment, training and development, talent management, or employee relations.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements.
  • In-depth knowledge of Federal and State employment regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
