Job Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant with IntelyCare, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
  • Measuring and monitoring vital signs, reporting to your supervisor as necessary
  • Observing resident conditions and reporting concerns to the nursing team
  • Serving meals and assisting with feeding as needed
  • Supporting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting
  • Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, keeping resident rooms clean, and changing linens
  • Serving as a conduit between medical staff and residents, and communicating with visitors
  • Moving residents in and out of wheelchairs and beds, and repositioning them as needed
  • Offering a compassionate ear to residents and providing companionship
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful as a Certified Nursing Assistant with IntelyCare, you'll need:

  • Current Delaware CNA certification
  • At least 1 year of experience (CNA or related role)
  • Understanding of nursing care procedures and related medical terminology
  • Effective organization skills and the ability to communicate with medical professionals, residents, and family members
  • A high level of attention to detail
