Distribution Trainee

Job Description

As a Driver Trainee at Superior Beverage Group Ltd, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the warehouse and on the road while assisting our delivery drivers. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist drivers in unloading beer from our delivery trucks at each account in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner.
• Rotate company products in retail accounts.
• Train on driver iPad technology.
• Interact with customers in a professional manner and promote a positive company image.
• Gain knowledge and comply with DOT and Federal Motor Carrier Safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license and great driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Willingness and interest in obtaining a Class A commercial driver's license.
• Ability to maneuver 168-pound kegs and 35-pound cases at each delivery location.
• Capable of performing duties in various outdoor weather conditions.
• Solid math skills.
