  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Perform vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, and document results.
  • Assist with ordering and maintaining medical supplies and equipment.
  • Reconcile encounters and accurately document patient information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to patient needs in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Medical Assistant certification required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Basic proficiency in computer use and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
