Senior Electrical Engineer

CMTA, a Legence company, is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will work with and lead a team of engineers to design the electrical aspects of energy efficient buildings for various clients.
Responsibilities:- Design electrical systems, power distribution, lighting and lighting controls, emergency power, UPS, and renewable energy systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated responses.
- Attend meetings with owners, clients, or architects as needed.
- Provide guidance to staff engineers on energy efficient designs.
- Review contractor submittals to ensure conformance with contract documents.
- Evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques and procedures.
- Confer with other engineers and personnel to implement operating procedures and resolve system malfunctions.
- Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, and other data.
- Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
- Research, design, and evaluate mechanical products, equipment, systems, and processes.
- Provide feedback to design engineers on customer problems and needs.
- 10+ years of experience in MEP Consulting Engineering.
- Project management experience.
- PE Certificate.
- Experience with Revit/AutoCAD.
- Experience in MEP Design.
