Compensation:

  • Hourly Wage: $22.50 | $26.00 after 6 months (Paid Weekly)

Work Schedule:

  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - Midnight | 3rd Shift: Midnight - 7:30 AM
    • Flexibility to work both shifts is required, with a commitment to the assigned shift for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Average Weekly Hours: 40-50
  • Overtime Pay applicable after an 8-hour workday

Role Summary:
The Warehouse Order Selector is responsible for various tasks, including receiving and processing incoming products, picking and fulfilling orders from inventory, stacking, wrapping products, and constructing pallets. Team members actively engage throughout their shifts, utilizing a voice-controlled system to select full-case items in a multi-temperature warehouse environment, employing powered material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and accurately select customer orders, ensuring no damage.
  • Construct orders based on assigned load tickets.
  • Shrink wrap and label completed orders.
  • Transport finished orders to the loading dock or trailer.
  • Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
  • Accurately receive inbound products and manage inventory as required.
  • Conduct pre-shift equipment checks and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by performing basic sanitation duties.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to meet productivity standards.
  • Complete additional projects or duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Ability to pass a post-offer background check and drug screening.
  • Capability to lift products weighing between 25 lbs. and 50 lbs. regularly, and up to 170 lbs. for keg products.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 6 months of relevant experience in physically demanding roles, such as lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction, or landscaping.
  • Experience operating Material Handling Equipment in a multi-temperature setting; forklift certification is advantageous.
  • Experience in stocking, product handling, local delivery, or unloading.
  • Background in foodservice distribution, grocery, or beverage delivery.
