Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to children in their homes, promoting independence and mobility.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated passion for working with children and families.
