Job Title: Pediatric Physical Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care. As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will work with medically fragile children in their homes, providing high-quality clinical care to help them grow and flourish to their full potential.

About the Role:
  • Provide physical therapy services to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct home visits to assess patient needs and provide therapy services
Requirements:
  • Unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapist
  • Current CPR certification
  • Demonstrated passion for working with pediatric patients
