Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate in defining requirements and guiding the design of control systems.
2. Assess the feasibility and practicality of proposed systems.
3. Facilitate technical communication and coordination among project teams and management.
4. Work collaboratively to analyze conditions, suggest modifications, and create design improvements.

Essential Qualifications:
- At least 12 years of relevant industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in process/controls, electrical, mechanical, nuclear, chemical, or computer engineering.
- Proven experience with mid to large-scale control system projects or similar simulation systems in industries such as chemical processing, power generation, wastewater management, or mechanical operations.

Required Skills:
- Expertise in designing and implementing systems utilizing programmable logic controllers, microprocessors, SCADA, and DCS technologies.
- Proficient in modeling mechanical, electrical, fluid, or chemical systems and understanding control system theory.
- Strong communication, organizational, and technical writing skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in integrating various control systems into multi-tiered control architectures.
- Skills in validating and optimizing control system performance through simulations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex systems.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
