We are seeking a skilled Operations Processing Specialist to join our team at NTT DATA Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing basic identity information following standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures from approved internal and external data sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze basic identity information from approved internal and external data sources
  • Manage work queues across processes and prioritize to minimize operational impact
  • Work knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Financial Crime red flags, risks, investigation processes, and reporting requirements
  • Proficiency in working with alerts/cases in case management systems and utilizing vendor-based research systems
  • Ability to learn internal client systems and procedures

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a role where you were responsible for following Know Your Customer policies and procedures, including Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
  • 4 years of experience in the financial services industry with a strong understanding of basic banking concepts
  • 2 years of data entry experience with a focus on quality, including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work product
  • 4+ years of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 4 years of experience communicating complex information accurately, clearly, and quickly to internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Actimize, Bridger, Lexis/Nexus, and Worldcheck is a plus, but not required
