Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Litigation Fellow. As a Litigation Fellow, you will work closely with our experienced attorneys to develop and implement strategic litigation plans, conduct research and analysis, and participate in all aspects of case preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on complex constitutional law issues
• Develop and implement strategic litigation plans
• Participate in case preparation and presentation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective litigation strategies
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements

• JD or equivalent degree
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for constitutional law and individual rights
