  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and manage emergencies with confidence and expertise.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in unit-based initiatives and shared governance activities to drive quality improvement and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interprofessional teams to develop and implement evidence-based care plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Two years of registered nurse experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Current Texas State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure within 60 days.
  • Basic Life Support (AHA) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Magnet recognition or ANCC recognized certification in a specialty area.
