Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population, conducting thorough nursing assessments and developing individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and manage emergencies with confidence and expertise.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in unit-based initiatives and shared governance activities to drive quality improvement and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with physicians and interprofessional teams to develop and implement evidence-based care plans.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Two years of registered nurse experience in a healthcare environment.
- Current Texas State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure within 60 days.
- Basic Life Support (AHA) certification.
- Magnet recognition or ANCC recognized certification in a specialty area.
