We are in search of a skilled recruiter with a diverse background in both technical and non-technical recruitment. The Corporate IT Talent Acquisition Specialist will be instrumental in identifying and securing top-tier candidates for various roles, with a primary focus on engineering, software development, and data architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment process for a variety of positions, encompassing both technical and non-technical roles.
- Handle complex recruitment for positions such as software engineers, data architects, and other leadership roles.
- Engage with hiring managers to assess staffing requirements and devise effective sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with fellow recruiters to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and foster a cooperative work environment.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations effectively.
- Demonstrate assertiveness when necessary while maintaining a commitment to delivering high-quality candidates.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-4 years of recruitment experience, with a proven ability to fill both technical and non-technical roles.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for complex positions, particularly in engineering, software development, and data architecture.
- Experience in recruiting for leadership roles and building teams in rapidly growing organizations.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Proficient in managing challenging client relationships and navigating difficult hiring scenarios.
- Experience with AI automation or leasing platforms is advantageous.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000
- Long-term contract with potential for permanent placement.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid work model, requiring 2-3 days in the office.
Work Schedule:
- Standard workweek: Monday - Friday
- Typical hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility available for start and end times).
