Position: Aircraft Cleaning Specialist

Type: Part-Time (up to 30 hours per week)

Compensation: $23 - $25 per hour

Availability: Flexible scheduling preferred (Monday to Sunday)

Location: Base operations at a major airport with travel to various service locations using a company vehicle.

Position Summary

As an Aircraft Cleaning Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to meticulously clean and detail high-end luxury aircraft. This role involves direct interaction with our diverse clientele, ensuring that their aircraft meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Your tasks will include:

  • Detailing both the interior and exterior of aircraft.
  • Completing all required training modules and assignments.
  • Ensuring quality control through thorough pre and post-cleaning checklists.
  • Collaborating with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Training and mentoring new team members in accordance with company procedures.
  • Reporting to a designated Lead or Supervisor.
  • Expanding job responsibilities as experience increases.
Qualifications

  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism with clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Compliance with random drug screenings throughout employment.
  • Eligibility for employment in the U.S. through E-Verify.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Reliable transportation available at all times.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Capability to perform physical labor in a dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working at various heights and on ladders.
  • Physical ability to bend, lift, and crouch frequently.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Awareness of physical demands related to repetitive motions and lifting, adhering to safety standards.
