The Rady School of Management at UC San Diego is seeking a highly qualified candidate for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in the field of Marketing with a focus on Consumer Behavior/Consumer Research.
As a member of our faculty, you will be expected to conduct empirical research in marketing, including the design and analysis of field data, field and lab experiments. You will also be responsible for teaching effectively at the undergraduate and graduate levels in Marketing, including the development and assessment of new educational initiatives.
To be considered for this position, you must hold a PhD degree in Marketing, Psychology, Economics, or a field falling under the broad definition of behavioral science, and have a minimum of three years of marketing research experience. Your research must sufficiently overlap and add to existing research interests of Rady Marketing faculty.

Responsibilities
- Conduct empirical research in marketing, including the design and analysis of field data, field and lab experiments.

- Participate in departmental and university service activities.
Requirements
- PhD degree in Marketing, Psychology, Economics, or a field falling under the broad definition of behavioral science.

- Strong research and teaching skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
