Recovery Coach Opportunity

We are seeking a per-diem Recovery Coach to join our team at Monte Nido Rain Rock, a residential treatment program for adults struggling with eating disorders and addiction.

About the Role

As a Recovery Coach, you will play a key role in supporting clients through their recovery journey, providing guidance and intervention consistent with their treatment plan. You will engage clients in developing healthy relationships with others and assist with food preparation and meal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Support clients in achieving their recovery goals
  • Provide guidance and intervention consistent with treatment plans
  • Engage clients in therapeutic groups and activities
  • Assist with food preparation and meal supervision
  • Conduct rounds and provide observations
  • Drive clients to appointments and activities as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with safe driving history
