Recovery Coach Opportunity

We are seeking a part-time Recovery Coach to join our team at Monte Nido Rain Rock, a residential treatment program for adults struggling with eating disorders and addiction.

About the Role:

As a Recovery Coach, you will play a key role in supporting clients through their recovery journey. You will provide guidance and intervention consistent with each client's treatment plan, engage clients in developing healthy relationships with others, and assist with meal preparation and supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Support clients in achieving their recovery goals
  • Provide individualized support and guidance
  • Facilitate healthy relationships among clients and staff
  • Assist with meal preparation and supervision
  • Participate in therapeutic groups and develop core skills
  • Conduct rounds and provide observations
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving history
