About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our high-growth airline maintenance SaaS startup as CEO. As the visionary leader of our company, you will be responsible for driving company operations, product development, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Company Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring seamless execution of business plans and strategies.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch innovative SaaS solutions for airline maintenance.
  • Strategy and Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, identifying new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Requirements
  • Proven Leadership: A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading high-growth startups or established companies in the SaaS or airline maintenance industry.
  • Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of airline operations, maintenance, and SaaS solutions, with a strong network of industry contacts.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, identifying new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and investors.
