Key Responsibilities

Core Purpose
  • To safeguard our communities, ensuring the safety of residents, guests, clients, and customers while collaborating closely with local emergency services.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all individuals we encounter, fostering teamwork and providing assistance as necessary.
  • Fulfill specific assignments and adhere to detailed instructions, responding appropriately to incidents and making informed decisions under pressure.
  • Handle organizational assets with care to prevent loss or damage, and may need to intervene physically to prevent harm or loss.
  • Adhere to confidentiality protocols regarding organizational information and may be required to provide testimony in legal proceedings.
Performance Expectations
  • Maintain high standards of performance, attendance, and professional appearance.
  • Utilize mobile devices and technology to complete necessary electronic tasks.
  • Monitor, investigate, and report any signs of criminal behavior, unauthorized access, or disturbances.
  • Conduct patrols and ensure security of properties in accordance with established protocols.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; recognized equivalent qualifications.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.
  • Must be drug-free.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to remain active throughout the shift, including lifting up to 45 lbs and using necessary force when required.
Skills and Competencies
  • Demonstrated high level of teamwork and customer service abilities.
  • Capability to navigate multiple flights of stairs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with various technology applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
