- Education: Master's degree in computer science, geography, information technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum six years of related experience, including supervisory duties and proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS Pro - Enterprise.
- Skills and Knowledge: Current GIS and computer industry technology, practices, and trends.
