Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Toyota Kentucky Careers. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Test and repair equipment, and fabricate and machine components as needed.
  • Write, program, troubleshoot, modify, and repair programmable logic controllers, CNC machines, and other electronic equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical equipment, and machine components.
  • Document work performed and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • 2-year associate's degree in a related field and 1 year of industrial maintenance experience, or 3 years of industrial maintenance/military experience.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, with demonstrated success in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Technical knowledge and skills in PLCs, computers, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, motion/motor control, welding, and machining.
  • Ability to work any shift, including overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns.
