About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at McDonald's. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning equipment, filters, and HVAC systems
  • Assist with repairs and maintenance of restaurant equipment, including fryers, ovens, and refrigerators
  • Conduct daily inspections of the restaurant and grounds to identify and address any maintenance issues
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors
  • Change light bulbs and clean windows and doors
  • Perform other maintenance tasks as assigned by management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
